The GM company has prepared the same engine battery and powertrain so we can expect a 200 hp electric motor and FWD since the AWD is not an option. The new Bolt may be the fastest SUV but it can reach 60mph in 7.0 seconds. The handling is competent and provides relaxing drives even on uneven surfaces. The compact powertrain delivers cubic footage and cargo similar to Bolt EUV. Comparing it with pricing and with no AWD possibility, the Bolt still has some advantages like home charging or simplified care. Nevertheless, the sale is going to be challenging.
All of these SUVs are equipped with a 65.0-kWh battery. It is able to provide a driving distance of 250 miles on a full charge. This battery makes Bolt competitive even with the Tesla Model Y. It is available with a larger battery and 326 miles range. The new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV can be charged with a standard 120-volt household outlet. Still, demands are requiring a possibility of a 240-volt connection for faster home charging. Although these data are still intriguing we believe that another twice faster battery charging is possible, it is not likely that it will be adopted for this model. However, the future Bolts may have that feature available.
2023 Chevy Bolt EUV price
The new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV will tend to be released by the end of 2023 but nothing is confirmed yet. However, during the pandemic, many new launchings are delayed and by that cost, all suffer especially the top markets. This modern EUV will be available mainly for US and China markets.
The estimated price for this vehicle is granted for $34,000. The upper trim levels such as Premier will cost roughly about $38,000. Although it is not confirmed yet, the new Bolt should be replaced by more hatchback series and with dropping the old nameplate. A more expensive option will be Cadillac Lyriq. It will be launched at about the same time as the Chevy Bolt.
