I am disappointed that Cadillac has stopped offering its products in my local area. If I want to buy a new Cadillac I have to travel an hour and a half to two hours just to see one. The dealerships in my area quit selling because GM got greedy and wanted a fortune from them to carry Cadillac. So much for customer service! I believe that the sales will suffer because of this decision. I just sold my xt5 and am looking to buy a new vehicle, but I don’t want to travel to buy it or have it serviced under warranty. Wished GM would reconsider this decision. I would love to purchase another.
